Shipping and Fees

We will ship your parcel via Canada Post Xpresspost or FedEx (whichever is cheaper).
All orders are insured for their invoiced value. Most orders deliver within 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch); with few exceptions.

Please allow up to two weeks for processing and delivery; as all items on the website are not always in stock.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. If, for any reason, your product becomes unavailable, we will not charge you for said product; or offer a substitution.

Return Authorization Number

All returned items must contain a Return Authorization Number (RMA); to receive your RMA number, please contact us. RMA requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt; we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the item(s) have been in your possession for more than 15 days.

Warranty

Exotic Wings EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER BY Exotic Wings IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

Arbitration and Applicable Law

The law of the Province of Ontario applies to each sale.

ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) arising from or relating to this Sale Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Sale Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Sale Agreement).

Hearings shall be held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Each party shall bear its own cost of any legal representation, discovery, or research required to complete arbitration.
